Subconscious programming is extremely powerful. You should listen to each one of these at least twice per day. Do it for 30 days and watch what happens in all areas of your life. I’m serious. Do this starting right now. Your future self will thank you.
I listen to this one throughout the day whenever I can. It’s perfect for in between calls, meal prep, when I’m doing web design or graphics work. You don’t have to listen to it in its entirety in one sitting for it to be effective. Breaking it up over the course of your day is fine. Just make sure you listen to it every day.
This one is only five minutes long, but it’s a very powerful five minutes. I listen to it every night when I’m winding down getting ready for bed. Remember, repetition and consistency are the keys. Listen intently and allow your mind to acknowledge, accept, and believe.
